Show-Me 100 Bike Ride: Oct. 5, 2013

Mark your calendars for the 3rd annual Show-Me 100 Bike Ride on Saturday, October 5, 2013.

The Show-Me 100 will include three separate rides, all starting and finishing at Shakespeare’s South, Columbia, Missouri:

• 100 mile ride
• 62 mile ride
• 31 mile ride

The event includes food, a free beer garden, a chance to see Ronald McDonald, and live music. Check out some pictures from previous rides in the gallery.

About Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri

The Ronald McDonald House is the cornerstone program of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mid-Missouri. The program provides a “home-away-from-home” for families so they can stay close by their hospitalized child at little or no cost.  Our House is built on the simple idea that nothing else should matter when a family is focused on healing their child – not where they can afford to stay, where they will get their next meal or where they will lay their head at night to rest. We believe that when a child is hospitalized the love and support of family is as powerful as the strongest medicine prescribed.

Our Ronald McDonald House has ten private bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and numerous amenities that make it a little easier for families to be away from home, including laundry facilities, a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, family room, and well-maintained outdoor recreational area.
